Great question! Most orders will ship within three business days, unless otherwise noted in the product description (if an item is backordered).
If you place an order during our anniversary sale or around Black Friday, those orders will require additional processing time since we will be processing such a large amount of orders. (But, your Black Friday orders will be shipped out WELL before Christmas!)
We understand that sometimes you need your order by a certain date or a bit more quickly.
Maybe you're starting a small group on Monday, or a girlfriend's birthday is coming up.
If this is the case, make sure to select a quicker shipping speed when you're checking out so we can make sure to get your package to you as soon as possible.
(We're unable to guarantee that we will be able to ship out your order sooner than three business days, but selecting a quicker shipping speed will get the package to you much sooner!)
Absolutely! You will receive an order confirmation as soon as you complete your checkout process, and you will receive a shipping notification the second we pop your package in the mail. Within that second email will be a tracking number that you can click on to keep an eye on your order as it makes its way to you! Don't see the email? Try checking that pesky spam folder. Still don't see it? Click here to send our customer service team a quick note and we'll check into that for you!
Once a package leaves our shop, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue.
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order (including apartment numbers!). We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.

Returns & Exchanges
We've created and packaged all of our products with love and care, and so unless your items arrive damaged or we accidentally sent you the wrong item, all orders are non-refundable. This includes apparel, so make sure you've selected the correct size before you place your order!
If your item did arrive damaged, or if we did send you the wrong item by accident, please click here and send our customer service team a note within 7 days of receiving your order so we can take care of the problem!
