Returns & Refunds

We create and package all of our products with great care. Because our journals and items are personal, reflective products that can’t be resold once opened, all orders are non-refundable unless an item arrives damaged or we accidentally send the wrong product.

This applies to all items, including apparel — please be sure you’ve selected the correct size before placing your order.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or if we sent you the wrong item by mistake, we’re so sorry! Please click here to contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll be happy to take care of it.


Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If an order can’t be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’re unable to replace it at no cost, as packages aren’t always returned to us and are often damaged in transit. That said, we’re always happy to help you place a new order or arrange a replacement shipment.
