When getting ready for bed each night, Stephanie always reaches for the exact same thing — a faded, well-worn t-shirt she's worn a thousand times.
Each shirt is different, but each represents a great moment or memory in her life.
For a long time it was shirts with her school emblem, and then it was sorority tees. (Those were her favorite because her friends all had the exact same ones!)
These days her go-to tees are the ones she's collected on trips. There's the one she got on that family vacation, and the one she bought at the dive shop after going scuba diving for the very first time. They're the ones she reaches for first each and every night.
And so, while designing the fall 2021 collection for her shop, Stephanie knew she had to make a Girls Night version of the sleep shirts she loves so much.
Instantly feeling like a shirt you've loved for years — this Comfort Colors tee is the perfect thing to curl up in — whether you're hanging out with girlfriends, lounging around the house, or climbing into bed.
We can't wait to share it with you!
These Comfort Colors® tees are made of 6.1-oz, preshrunk 100% ring-spun cotton. Fabric is soft washed and garment dyed for added softness. Double-needle stitching on the neck, sleeves and hem provide added durability.
Our favorite part about this tee is how it's made: with care for both the people who make it and the world it's made in.
Tees run true to size, so if you’re a medium in most shirts at the mall, we’d go with a medium here too! But, if you want an oversized look, you might want to consider sizing up!
(Stephanie wears a large when hanging out at home and an XL when wearing it to bed!)
This product is made especially for you as soon as you place an order, which is why it takes us a bit longer to deliver it to you.
Making products on demand instead of in bulk helps reduce overproduction, so thank you for making thoughtful purchasing decisions!
When you make a purchase in the SMW shop, a portion of the proceeds go to purchasing diapers for families in need.
What is diaper poverty?
1 in 3 families struggle to afford diapers. In fact, many parents have to choose between food and diapers.
Without diapers, parents often resort to things like plastic bags, toilet paper, and paper towels as make-shift diapers. But without proper diapers, babies cannot go to childcare or participate in early childhood education.
Without this much-needed childcare, many parents cannot go to work or school. This causes homes with more tension, less nurturing, and possible abuse.
Not only that, but an uncomfortable baby cries more, which can lead to mistreatment and neglect.
We're partnering with Nashville Diaper Connection to ensure that every baby in Davidson County has enough diapers to stay clean, dry and healthy.
